The Flip tells stories for changemakers in Africa. We produce and publish documentaries and video podcasts that educate and inspire those doing the work to help the African continent prosper. Our audience includes some of the esteemed venture-backed founders, investors, and corporate leaders, in addition to tens of thousands of others.

We aim to tell better and more stories about what is actually happening across the continent, and we are looking for a Growth Marketer to help us grow our audience.

In this role, you’ll help develop and implement paid and organic growth strategies across our channels and properties.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development of The Flip’s growth strategies. You will build and create processes for The Flip’s growth engine.
• Conceptualize, prioritize, and fully own running experiments to achieve our growth objectives.
• Implement, measure and optimize marketing campaigns across paid media, digital marketing funnels, and more.
• Monitor performance metrics and budget tracking.

You'll need:

• Strong experience and understanding of growth marketing. Prior experience with content or media organizations a plus.
• Proficiency with relevant growth and analytics software tools.
• A proactive and self-starter approach to implementing strategies and driving continuous improvement in the company.

This remote role will be hired as an Independent Contractor paid a fixed monthly rate in USD.
